Dried Grout

Start with a single edge razor blade to chip off as much as practical. Then use a potscrubber sponge and vinegar water. If that doesn't cut it, use a phosphoric acid tile cleaner from a home center. Wear disposable gloves, altough the acid is relatively tame. Let the acids work a bit, and try to keep them off the grout you want.
With each cleaner, after you get some of the grout off, wipe with a sponge with plain water and buff it dry right away with an expendable terry towel.
