Don't know of any way to do it. There are companies that will repair the gel coat on plastic fixtures and repair a bathtub, but I understand that they won't guarantee a kitchen sink.
You can get the small bottles of white paint to patch chips, and they do work.
You might try a hard auto wax to spark it up but you will probably have to do that at least once a week.
