DKB Homes is notorious in not helping homeowners. I had the exact problem a little bit more than one year after I bought my house in Milpitas too. Are you in the Summerfield neighborhood? If yes, we should group together and file a class action sue. All my neighbors with vinyl floor have the same problem. It's obvious of poor workmanship and using poor quality material.
