My dryer suddenly will not run. Pushing start button results in a nasty "stop that" noise. I can turn the drum manually the "wrong" way, but can not get it to budge the "right" way. I assumed if something was caught in the belt, it would fall out if I turned the drum far enough, no such luck. I am about to take the back off to see what I can see, but, I'm "just a girl" (lol) so I am looking for a guiding hand. thank you
