Hello,
From the sound of it, where it is weak/rotten, you are looking at placing a new support beam...
I dont know if the new owners are planning on moving this doublewide to another location, but the cheapest way of doing this and out of your pocket actually is to just raise the floor.
But wanting to do it right it sounds like I said... So, put on your not so best clothes :)
1st I would be crawling under doublewide (if can) to see what the beam looks like, and get measurments while under there if needing to replace.
Then I would be pulling up carpet if any, subfloor, and insulation.
"I have removed my kitchen floor, leveled and replaced 2x6 beams and now insulating, laying plastic and then the subfloor".
This is the best advise that I can give you, I hope that it helps.
I have so enjoyed doing my project here at home, along with the Joy of wanting to start the rest that I have for my home.. :D
