well I believe I may have found the culprit just don't know how i'll rectify it? apparently where there is a closet use to be a furnance.....wiring inside makes other wiring we talked about hot.....fixture in closet was replaced with a outlet, I believe causing a constant flow of electricity???main breakers weren't doubles, so the extra draw popped the breaker, replaced them with doubles and now will put fixture in closet....only problem is closet wired to main???? I'll check back in a bit for more tips...thxs for all your help so far!!oh that was why I couldn,t even with a meter get proper readings.
