Call an experienced electrician and have him inspect the panel and advise you......
The basic problem with the panels concerns the attachment between the individual Breakers and the BussBars...Zinsco utilizes a "bent" metal clip to connect to an aluminum/alloy buss bar..........The contact is often poor and the connection produces heat ( and sometimes fire)................
A quick inspection of the panel will determine it's condition.........
