There are sealents for masonary. I used a waterproofing for a new foundation, for an addition on our house. There are two kinds, one is like a tar, very messy and hard to apply. The other is a oil based sealent and rolls on. This works on cinder block walls and can be bought at Lowe`s or Home Depot for about $25 a gallon.
