Okay Zac, you say to call your Tech Support or login to your Web Site. I did both. I sent emails to your Customer Service and tried numerous times to get someone on the phone to get an RMA for this problematic piece of ____. This is the second piece I have went through in a short period of time and I haven't even used it much at all? I guess when I say that I want an RMA for a return that is their cue to not take my call?
