I had all new ducts installed in 2000, including a 2.5 in. return. My furnace worked wonderful and I was really surprised at how warm it was.In 2001 my furnace needed to be repaired. I had to have the primary relay replaced because the fuel oil was not coming in right. I told the co. that the blower motor was not drawing and putting out the right amount of air. He came back and said it was the thermostat. Huh. What a joke. I decided to follow through with it that year. All year I put up with the low air flow. The next year (13) months later, I had the same problem. He came out and again, I had to replace the primary relay, and of course it was past the warranty. Well, I refuse to call them again because obviously nobody knows what they are doing. Now I am asking you. It is a Colman Evcon Oil upflow furnace.Model #A0U10516D It has a 3 stage blower motor with direct drive and no oil ports/caps. Could it be possible that he didn't hook up all the wires from the blower motor to the primary relay, as that is when all my problems started? If you don't know the answer, could you PLEASE tell me of a GOOD Co. or person that can fix it for me. I have no heat right now and winter is around the corner. Thanks, Joyce
