I agree that floor heating is good. It's very comfortable. A mechanical engineer would give a more accurate answer to your question but I feel it will heat. One of my plumbing suppliers build a new metal building 30 feet high with hydronics. He says it has really saved him and seldom does his air backup unit have to come on. We have a couple of months of 32 degree.
