Looking for Water Softener Part

I have a Lindsay Softener model 20114.20 serial # 104985.
Specially, I'm looking for the hose that connects the brine tank to the mineral tank. The hose recently broke and I've been trying to find a replacement (or making my own) by using parts from Menards.
