You say it won't cut straight. Please clarify.
If the saw (laser or not) will not cut straight (and the tech has tweaked it) then it is likely defective in some way. perhaps the main tower is loose somehow. Radial arm saws have a LOT of points to tweak, and lots of points to keep tightened.
If the saw simply won't cut exactly where the laser shows, then perhaps the defect is in the laser. Perhaos you could get just that disk replaced.
