You may have somehow erased the others. In any case, what have you got to lose by relearning the remotes? On genie (you didn't say what you have) press the learn button on the motor box red light does something (who cares what), press the remote - light does something else like stops flashing (again who cares) press remote again and it goes off. Now door opens /closes with remote.
