Rinnai is a top brand and a sponsor on this site. If you go to the videos there are a couple on the tankless heaters.
They are not often a viable option to replace a tank water heater. They use a lot of energy at one time. If electric then you need a pretty big service to your house plus the line to the unit. Gas is preferred but it usually requires up sizing the gas line, often from the meter. And the special venting is expensive. People are getting used to only being able to use two fixtures at a time though.
