grout again and agian

I think someone else posted a question in my follow up for this question and people answered her questions instead of mine. My question is about grout I used in new tile 2 months ago. It is soft and rubbery when wet and hard when dry. I waited 2 weeks to put sealer on and 1 week before useing the showe. Do I need to take out old grout and put some different type of grout? Whats the best? I used a premixed.
