PVC to ABS.

No Mike, you cannot use PVC cement to connect PVC to ABS. They make a cement for just that purpose. I use it, just go to the hardware store and ask for PVC to ABS cement. You can use it, also, to connect PVC to PVC, ABS to ABS, PVC to ABS. All hardware stores carries it.
