220v appliance on two 110v outlets

Electricity is not math, you can't add voltage to the amount you want. 220v outlets use 110v from two seperate legs of your house current. 110v takes voltage from a single leg.

Simply what you ask can't be done. A 220v outlet should have an independant circuit from the outlet to dedicated 220v circuit breaker. The breaker and wire both need to be sized as required for the appliance it is dedicated to.

Hire a licensed electrician!
