I have a short well sand point system with a iron out water softner. My well pumps over 8 gallons per minute but when I turn on two or more faults the water pressure goes way down. I have been told that the water softer has never been worked on in over 13 years and I'm woundering if the water softner could be the reason that my water pressure is so bad? What can I do to correct the problem other than calling a repair shop? Please advise, thank you-- Jim
