A major difference is whether you are on city supplied water or a well. If it's a city line then you may have steel piping that is closing off and needs replaced. Or a pressure reducing valve needs repaired or replaced. If you are on a well your sand point may have become clogged or a stage may have gone out on a submersible pump if you have one. What does the gauge say?
