I apologize if this is a repeat. I recently laid down new concrete for a water damaged section in my bathroom. I discovered there is a small 8" x 8" section that is raised and I need to level so that tile will be level as well. Can I use a chisel or any other tool to level the concrete or do I need to use a hand held grinder? I only need to lower raised portion by 1/4".
