Just recently built our 2-story home.Found this dark green siding by Alcoa, called Pine Needle Green. We just loved this color! After the siding was on we noticed that the whole front of the house had big bubbles on it.Almost like their was thin spots in the siding and when the sun hit the house it made it bubble. We are so upset! We called the Alcoa Company and sent in a warranty claim. They got back to us saying that they will replace the siding, but reccomend we get a light color.Well, we don't want a light color. We want the pine needle green color we love, and already have shutters and trim to match. They say if we pick the green again, they will not honor the warranty a second time.If you ask them what is wrong with the siding, they tell you they don't know.If the product won't hold up, then they shouldn't sell it.We thought this batch of siding was just defective and if we got the green again, maybe this time it would be okay.We don't know what to do.We really want this color, but they won't honor the warranty again! Any information appreciated! Thanks Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
