The Craftsman warranty says diferent if you don't believe so here is the warranty.
"Craftsman Handtools Warranty: FULL UNLIMITED WARRANTY ON CRAFTSMAN HANDTOOLS If this Craftsman Handtool ever fails to give complete satisfaction, RETURN IT TO THE NEAREST SEARS STORE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, and Sears will replace it, free of charge. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.”
If you don't believe what you see email Bob Vila and ask him about the warranty. Email webmaster@sears.com and ask him/her. You really should have proof of what your saying before you run your fingers across your keyboard. I already provided proof of what the warranty covers and who to contact if you are confused... Where is your proof???
