I liive in St Thomas USVI and all homes are cement. In some areas I have spalling or chunks of the ceiling falling down.
Immediately I have a 10' by 6' section that has fallen down and I am about to repaint that area. I have tried cement patch and hydraulic cement to no avail it keeps falling to the floor no matter how long I hold it up there. Any suggestions, and I can't very easily chip away the bottom to make it wider than the opening.
