Well, I guess I only have so much room to post this, so I will try to get to the basics. Bought a Lopi pellet stove. Dumps too many pellets. Puts itself out. Lopi in denial of the problem. (2003) Lopi decides the circuit board is the problem Nov 2004.
Dealer replaces board. NO CHANGE! Lopi said not to run stove on low, which we never have.
Said when you run it on high, you must re-adjust the airflow every time!! NOTE. Every time stoves starts up it is on high. Dealer has tried to get satisfaction from mfg. to no avail at this point. Want our money back
so we can buy a good product. Unfortunatly
Dealer only has this brand. HELP!!!!!
