Springs, thank you for your reply. I'm not so sure, however, it has to do with the torsion springs as much as it might do with the spools that the cable winds up on. It appears that one of the spools is wound slightly tighter than the other. Would this still be a torsion spring adjustment, or a spool adjustment? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
