Ply Bead Wainscoting Panels

I have to install these panels as a backsplash between a countertop and the bottow of cabinets. However, I used concrete board for the walls because one day I hope to remove the panels and install a ceramic tile backsplash. Any ideas on how to attach the panels to the concrete board so the surface is preserved for the future? I am thinking masonry nails with slightly smaller predrilled holes at the edges which I will cover with trim. Thanks for any ideas you have.
