Does anybody know what the best way to deal with this frozen valve is? I have a leak between the tank and the bowl and I've fixed this type before but I can't turn the supply off. So I decided to check my other toilet valves and none of them will move. They don't look rusted (they actually look new). I just moved into the house. I tried WD-40 but it doesn't seem to help. Any tricks?
