I'd like to know if anyone still makes a gas drop in range. We had one installed in the 80s and it now needs to be replaced.
We've been told that there are only electric drop ins. Since I don't want electric, it means we will have to cut away a cabinet as well as the countertop behind our present stove, to accomodate a slide in.
I really like the look of a drop in range but if it's true that there isn't a gas replacement, this is going to be a big job.
