Installing Walkout Basement Door

I have a hollow cinder block wall in the basement which is
exposed in the back of the house. I would like to
install a slider. Would I install it similar to
framed construction? I am figuring on sawcutting the
block. What do I do to finish the block? Anything I
should look out for?
