Timberline Insert

Im not an expert on the insert install. But I believe that to be legal you need a permit for that. I did not get one for myself. Was real simple for me. Slide it in and bolt the backing plates on the stove. I Slid it in so
there was about a 1/2 inch to the bricks for the regular house insulation to fit in. Cut a 3 inch wide piece to go behind the steel plates. I took black silicone to fill the small gaps around the steel plates.
There is no door gaskets, lets in a little air to let it burn slowly.
The blower is the hard part, been looking for a while on that one. I recently found one in a clients house. I need to check it out and make one for myself. An extra note: I maybe wrong here but I think that TIMBERLINE has been out of business for a long time. Rich-
