ventilation is the key. is air flowing from the bottom and out the top. but there also should be roofing felt under the metal roofing to catch any possible sweating to keep the water out of the attic space or from rotting the wood trusses.
and is the styrofoam on the underside of the rafters in the living space,, or in the attic space? enough heat escaping the living space can cause condensation on the metal roofing. plus have vapor barrier on the warm in winter side (in the living space,or 2 coats or more of oil paint classify as vapor barrier) , to keep moisture from the house from easily migrating into the attic space. if there is an attic space then a turbine on the roof (whirl y bird) can help to remove excess moisture from the attic space. and it won't get plugged by snow like low profile vents will.and make sure enough soffit ventillation getting into the attic for the top vent to work properly.
