Do you have an air cleaner or humidifier - if so disconnect them. If it still does it and it does it with the furnace off there are basically 2 things - one is the 24vac transformer is shorting out or something is bad with the sheathed electrical cable feed - could be a nail thru the sheathed electrical cable or maybe there really is something on that line. What I would do at this point is diconnect the furnace and run a temporary piece of sheathed electrical cable to the nearest box on a lightly loaded circuit and tap in. If it now trips that breaker it;s the furnace - if not run a new line.
