Hi,
As a follow up to my issue with pressure treated lumber, the eagle is correct. As long as pressure treated lumber is not in contact with skin and there is no dust from it around, the compounds used are metals and CANNOT be released as a gas from the wood. This is why when pressure treated wood is burned, the ash that remains is deadly poison as the metals remain in the ash in highly concentrated levels.
