I have had a new hampton fan and lighting for a couple of years during which the equipment has worked without any flaws. However, the remote suddenly no longer controls the light nor the fan and the light on the remote do not light when the button is pressed. New batter in remote has been replaced and same problem exist. The switch is the only thing that turn the light on. What to do ?
