Check if that GFI is being fed by another tripped gfi. Perhaps located in the garage, basement, kitchen, other outdoor outlets or near the fuse box. I assume that the bathroom outlets are regular outlets, not GFI's correct?
Less likely is the possibility that you have a GFI incorporated into the affected breaker. Good luck.
