Hi,
A contractor began to put shingles on my roof but I stopped him because the shingles were warped, wavy & cupped. He says they are that way because it is cold out, but I've never seen a roof go on like that.
I've learned that the contractor stores shingles in an open yard in all kinds of weather. Is this proper?
