When the toilet is flushed the water empties out of the tank into the bowl but as the water circulates in the bowl and begins to flush out it very seldom is able to empty the contents in the bowl. Whenever extra water is added to the bowl during the flush cycle the contents are easily removed.This has been going on at the for some time and it never has overflowed. What could the problem be?
