The owner of the CO says that you are to work your way from the middle where the two halfs come together. Once you have the middle of the home level you will need to go outward first left to right then repeat for all the piers under the home. Do you have footers under you home? Also do you live in a flood zone? If so you may have what is called wet block where the piers are covered with morter or depending on the heigth of the base floor you may have concrete filled block to create the piers. Also due to regulation that may be in place with the county office of planning & zoneing ie. inspections or permit office you may want to check with them prior to doing anything with your home. Also you may want to check with a set up company or dealership to ensure you do not damage any of the floor joist while releveling your home.
