cigarette burn in carpet (a real working solution)

rub mayonaise in hole with your finger, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. scratch the black stuff out with your finger nail until hole fills and is fluffy. It sounds crazy, but this method repaired a large 3/8 inch burn hole in my car interior. you may have to take a razor blade and lightly shave some carpet fiber from under your seat or an inconspicuous spot, then glue it into the hole if it it too large, but the mayo trick will definately make a huge difference alone or in combination of the razor trick!
