Thank you for the information.I do have footers under the home and i do not live in a flood zone.I will check with zoneing about inspections and permits.I have been trying to get a set up company to do the work but everyone around here is booked 4-6 months and first person i talked with wanted $6000.00 to do the work.I"ll do it myself Thank you a buntch mscolas
