rainbow warranty Posted by noone special on December 30th, 2004 04:55 PM In reply to Rainbows don't come with a warranty for a reason by crystalclear on December 6th, 2004 11:06 PM [Go to top of thread]
Actually Jerry, you need to learn about what your saying fist, then talk.
Rexair Always honurs the warranty IF the machine in question was purchased through an authorised dealer/distributor. Noone on Ebay is authorised, noone with a store that sells anything else besides Rainbows is authorised.
If your local rep moves or closes any other rep will honor your warranty- the sales agreement you sign when buying the Rainbow is multi part- 1 each copy for the customer, the dealer and Rexair.
I know nothing about them being banned as you claim in any countries- and considering there are several other machines useing the Rexair concept of water filteration, especially in Europe I find it hard to believe.
Infact the only thing I tend to believe is that you sell Filter Queens.
Consumer Reports fails to see the error in their testing which gives inaccurate results to MANY products they rate not just vacuums.
the tests they conduct are not real world tests for vacuums and don't use real world dirt/dust- they use materials that are not water soluable so the SE failed them- the E series passes the tests but the refused to re test it.
Rexair has been around as long as Filter Queen, you can use ANYTHING you wish in a Rainbow for fragrence not just their oils. I had customers useing lemons, oranges, mouth wash, whatever- as long as it is not soap based (soap foams).
If you want a filter that clogs and breads bacteria buy a Dirt Devil, a Regina, or a hoover don't waste the money on a Filter queen that does nothing different. If you want a Cleaning system that works and makes your home healthier buy a Rainbow. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
