I was very aggrivated when super glue splatter all over my new eye glasses lens (they were transitions too), but dont panic if this happened to you. First make sure your lenses are GLASS and not plastic. Then if they are glass, all you need to do is get some nail polish remover and cotton balls. If you have a lot of glue, then it'll smuge but keep rubbing with new cotton balls and more nail polish remover and after a few minuts you'll see the results. For people with plastic lenses, I wouldnt recommend trying this, the nail polish remover might have a chemical reaction with the plastic and make it MUCH MUCH worse, for that you should go to your nearest eye doctor place and ask for help there.
