Working for Sherwin Williams for a number of years, I can honestly say that they (SW) over price everything. If you go in off the street and don't ask for a discount the mark up is about 120-150%. Even if you gt 20% off, the mark up still about 100%. Take this for what it is worth, buying at Sherwin Williams is not worth it. When it comes down to it, alot of the marketing that Sherwin Williams does to promote quality, is a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Give you an example, at the middle of the year SW changed it's list pricing on Super Paint Exterior products (becoming higher) because it was priced along with the Super Paint interior line, which they say is not comparable. Not really the point but, it took SW some thirty years to fiqure out that the products were not priced properly? Folks all the majority of the people at Sherwin Williams care about are the stockholders, thats it!!!!!! They are not worth it!!!
