If your countertop is the standard material then acetone won't affect it at all but will (eventually) remove the crazy glue. Just keep rubbing, and keep in mind that acetone is highly flammable so don't use it around open flame or anything else which might ignite it. You can use cloth or tissue. Incidentally acetone is the usual active ingredient in fingernail polish remover.
