im experiencing water damage in between my walls & ceiling inside my 3plex on all three floors. im sure it's the roof(yea no kidding lolo) but how do i check it &what do i look for ? the flashing ? or the drain on the roof ?is what i was thinking . whats your opinion ? oh i forgot to mention that i live in montreal where it gets pretty cold &icy.
