We have a post and beam home with about 1 foot of space between the ceiling and roof. We have a metal roof with the required felt underlay. OUr problem in the cold is we get black drips at different points on the ceiling which run down the walls or just form puddles on the floor. Will more venting help this problem. What type of venting should we do.
