I've read abunch of posts about this photo eye Sears has but still have not found answer. So here it goes. Same problem, door dosent always close (only when pretty cold out) I've adjusted the photo eyes so much I want to take a hammer to them. Both lights on the eyes are on, and I have gone as far as taping the eyes together, thought it worked but it didn't. Less then a year old. Any sugestions?
