The lead drain pipe to brass flange is the easiest to reset. Often the lead is just hammered to the flange. However it should be soldered. Take a wood chisel and cut the solder loose from the flange and bend it in.
You can buy new deep set brass flanges that have a longer lip to account for raising the height of the floor. The soldering is a little touchy as you can burn a hole in the lead and oops. We pre-tin the flange by sanding it, flux and useing 50-50 solder that is half lead. Not the no lead solders. Install the flange securing it to the floor. Drill with a percussion bit or cut your tiles so they are not at the screw/bolt holes.
Beat the lead down tight on to the flange. Cut or scrap the old gray off the lead until the contact point is shiny. Flus and solder to flange with the 50/50 solder keeping the flame on the brass.
