Replacement Windows -- Parts

Hello all,
I have unmarked/ unstamped replacement windows. They are the type that swing open for cleaning. I removed the windows to pass some furniture through the opening and found that the "hinge pin" where the window opens where either way bent or in one case cracked in half. where can I go to find this stuff.

My local window guy didn't know, he sent me to another shop that didn't know.
My local hardware and home depot hadn't seen it.

Is there anywhere I can look up window parts?
